At DadForce, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. DadForce is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is verified.
- If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple packages depending on warehouse locations and availability.
- We reserve the right to optimize shipping to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient delivery method
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
- We use Shopifyโs calculated shipping optimization program, which provides the best available shipping rate to your destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, package dimensions, and delivery location.
- We reserve the right to choose the best shipping carrier for your order.

- USA: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- All orders are shipped from the USA.
- Customers outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes based on your countryโs regulations.
- If you refuse to pay duties/taxes, and the package is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for both the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- A 15% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders already processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You are responsible for tracking your package using the carrierโs tracking system.
- Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery service provider, and we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues.
