EXCHANGES

Due to the complexity of our shipping system and multiple warehouse locations, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.

RETURNS

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of your order being delivered.
  • To begin the process, contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Your RA number must be clearly displayed on your return shipmentβ€”without it, your return may not be processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
βœ… Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
βœ… Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant, or visible wear.
❌ Items marked as β€œClearance,” β€œFinal Sale,” or β€œCustomized” are NOT eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS

  • You may return your item using any carrier of your choice, as long as they offer tracking and delivery confirmation to our warehouse.
  • The return address will be provided when we issue your RA number.
  • If you need assistance with shipping, please contact our support team.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once received at our warehouse, returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. Our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions before issuing a refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ve got your back!
